She specialises in workflow automation and Generative AI integration — from RAG-based troubleshooting tools that cut resolution time by ~40%, to Power Automate workflows that reduced environment provisioning from 2–3 days to under 5 minutes.
She's not a theorist. She's shipped AI in production at Adobe for 1,000+ internal users, defined responsible AI guardrails at scale, and built tools that teams actually adopted — not just tolerated. AcesMind is the vehicle for bringing that experience to more companies.
